The different between TOi Fresh and Toi Fresh Wash is that Toi Fresh Wash has a water hose for washing. Toi Fresh is specially design to provide good air circulation and special deodorizer that provides superior hygiene. Toi Fresh can be located anywhere as it does not require water and electricity supply.
